A small group of ladies, (one with extensive hospitality experience and another as a hospitality trainer/assessor and food safety inspector), decided to partake in a meal on Friday nights. It was our intention to try out every eating place within driving distance.
We all live in Palmerston, Northern Territory, Australia, so we decided to start with the local restaurants.
